I’m a somatic practioner and Holistic & Integrative Occupational Therapist.

My work is devoted to supporting you to
shed the lies of who you’ve been told to be so you can discover who you truly are.

Rather than continuing to run on the never ending hamster wheel of self-improvement, I help you live into a world intimately connected to and guided by your unique life force.

In simple terms, less fixing. More living.

I draw on my training and experience in Occupational Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, attachment healing, embodied movement, creative expression, 12 step work, and alchemical healing to create individually cultivated opportunities to support curious seekers in more fully inhabiting this moment.

Holistic & Integrative Occupational Therapy

An occupation is anything that occupies your time and provides meaning and purpose. Occupational therapy supports meaningful and fulfilling engagement in a life of your own design. Through both identifying and addressing barriers to success as well as supporting the formation of new ways of being, occupational therapy utilizes the power of the present moment to create a new future.

Attachment healing (dynamic Attachment REpatterning Experience/DARe)

I incorporate relational-based strategies to support more authentic and loving adult relationships while also tending to the needs of your inner child. By addressing the underlying patterns that impact how we are in our relationships, DARe helps clients develop more secure attachment leading to more intimate and fulfilling relationships.

Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress related disorders. Through tending to the symptoms of stress, trauma, and injury accumulated in the body over time, clients use their attention and body-oriented focus to create new responses and organization in their nervous systems and, therefore, new experiences of life. In this approach we bring one of the most powerful sources of healing and knowing ourselves, our bodies, back into the equation.
